 In May 2014, when I stated having problems with DirectTV HD box every month I was calling this cable company with problems my tv would blanket out i could not usealize the function that was hook-up to hd box my phone was hook-up to this cable which never record any incoming calls, could not use the channel box that came with High-Definetion box

according to Direct-tv I sign up for a two year contact with direct-tv I don't remember signing a (2) year contact for this part of sh**, I've ask direct-tv too send me a copy of this contact,  Now in Oct 2015 I decide to switch with ATT services, when I call Direct-tv to cancel my services there customer service never told me that I was under contact I also ask Direct-tv to check there recording because they do record every call unless the customer tell them not to which I did not, so my question why don't Direct-tv check there recording, back to what I was saying poor customer service etc, .
