The company did NOT try to contatc me "immediately" unless 3 months is considered imemdiately. Also, an "alternative financing" source was not offered to me until months later after I had filed a report with the BBB.

Unfortunately in this situation it is impossible to address the actual situation since the person will not give us their complete name. In general it is our policy to try and help all borrowers if they do not qualify for a normal loan due to credit reasons we immediatly inform them that they were declined but we would be more than happy to try and find alternative financing to save them from forclosure. These programs are limited and if the borrower has fallen to far behind we may not be able to help. Obviously that was the case in this situation we can not manage the finances or make payments for our customers everyone knows that if you do not make you payments your credit will be damaged. We regret that we were unable to help this customer but would be more than happy to continue to work with them to try and come up with a solution.
