 This company keeps in contact through the order process but does not ship your order. They send you a bogus tracking number. They claim to be out of Canada but are actually located in Signapore. I found out their true location from the bogus tracking number given to me by them and traced by the US postal service. They took my money which was in the form of an online check and never sent any merchandise. I have tried calling their customer service numbers and get error messages over the phone and I have left voicemails and never got a reply.

I have emailed them on their online email address and the email that they used to contact me in the initial order placement phase of my purchase. I get no replies from them either way. I have filed a complaint with my bank and I am hoping they can help me get my money back. If not, I intend to make an anonymous complaint to the FBI about their practices and how they are illegally selling medicines that require a prescription in the United States.

 Merchandise arrived today. I still have had no further communication with this company. I hope the whole bogus tracking number was a mistake on their part. I consider this issue resolved although I should receive a refund for my express shipping that I paid for and did not receive but I am not going to concern myself with that. I am just happy that the merchandise arrived and I did not get taken for my money. I don't understand why I can never get through to them though when I try calling or that they will not return any of my emails. The customer service department definitely needs to improve.

I'm surprised by your report cause I've ordered from them a few times and nothing what you say is my experience.
