I used this website to research and order appliances I need for building an outdoor kitchen. The website said I would receive a call in 5 minutes to verify information for payment (I used American Express). When no call came for several days, I attempted to contact this merchant. No one answered the phone for hours. I was finally routed to someone who sounded far away and he had an Indian accent, he said he would have someone call me in 10 minutes. No one ever called. I also attempted using their online chat, I would just say that didn't work either. In view of all this, have tried to contact them to cancel my order, I can't even get their attention to do this. There just is no way to contact this merchant, which leads me to believe they can't be legitimate. They now have all my credit card information, so I am monitoring that every day. I would steer clear of doing business with directtohomeappliances.com.
