DirectTV does NOT cover everything they say they do ,under the premier insurance, it is a total headache . The repair man sent to my home was unprofessional and rude I would have asked him to leave had I not want my TV fixed. In the long run they denied my claim only after a month of phone calls $50 out of my pocket and a rude repair man. I called my own repair company and TV is fixed good as new...(only spend the extra $ 19.99 a month plus a $50 service few and a month of headaches and endless phone calls) if you have money to throw away and time to waste!!!
