The ripoff? So you had to send the receiver back and you had to call to activate the receiver... boohoo. You weren't even ripped off, you were just upset with the time it took to replace a box. The only thing DirecTV does I don't like is when you get a new receiver it extends your contract for 2 years. Personally I think that's silly... but other than that there was no ripoff here.
