Isn't this great all the kids are fighting. You know that Dish Network got the butt in a sling. September of 2009 for some of the very same complaints. The AG office's of 46 states sued Dish Network.
Directv's Sales Rep was in my office last December talking Dish Network down. How the deserved what they got and Directv does no wrong. Directv must think everyone is stupid.
News flash for Directv look at all the complaints online. The same compaints as Dish Network. I'm sorry to say you atitude will get you into trouble. It's just a matter of time.
They don't want dealers either. That quotta system they got is way outdated for the current economy. You know I think that 24 new installs a quarter is ridiculous. Plus the IDIOT test that is given doesnt teach anyone anything. So what if the satellites in the Clark Belt.
The customer is only concerned with getting the best deal they can. But they expect the installer to know what they are doing in the process. If the install is done right i usually don't have to go back. Unless for a piece of equipment failure.
I give a better installation warranty than Directv and Dish Network. I've been doing this for 26 years now. It doesn't make me perfect, but i still make mistakes. That is why i give a year install warranty.
But you can't expect to get quality if the tech isn't trained right.
So if you can't get your house in order . How much longer do you think your going to be in the satellite business.
Not only are the customers angry. So aren't the employees..........
