Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Where to begin!! It all started with the promise of a free home theater system for signing up for Directv. I followed the directions to a "T" and sent in all necessary paper work.

Needless to say, the day came and went that I was to receive the system. I began calling, and all I would get is "they are back ordered and you are in the next shipment." What a joke!! It took over a year to get the system, and it only happened because I contacted Directv directly. Come to find out from that call, the company I had ordred the system through was "contracted" to Directv and they had gone out of business. When was someone going to tell me??

The most recent action from them, is losing my payment. I have sent the proof of said payment to them via a copy of my bank statement, and the check. It seems to be one of those fax machines that A) never has paper, or B) none looks at.

It has been 1 month, and still nothing has been done. Dont you just love to pay your bills twice? This company is horrible and the customer service is aweful. I have called numerous times only to be told we are working on it (they still say they dont see my fax). The worst of it, I asked for a supervisor to see about getting some answers and the gal hung up on me. I wonder how Dish Network is?

Signed,

Good Night Now!

than Dish Network...... Did you try certified or registered mail with return receipt, sent to the proper individual, containing your documentation? We have upscaling (upconverting) capability (total cost of about $370) which allows us to watch all DVD's and VCR tapes in HD on our LCD HDTV. We can get the news on the radio and our computer. What TV programing is worth HD??? I have thought about satellite TV numerous times but I have never bothered. I always decided that it would just be another money pit. I still have a problem justifying paying for satellite TV service, and these numerous complaining posts are not helping any....
