Directv took $111.00 dollars from my account for services I didn't order. They knew this because they tell you at the beginning of the phone call that the call was being monitored and recorded for training purpose so they knew I hadn't order premium channels. They told me they were sorry and that they would return the money 8-10 business days.

This is all well and good except I'm a disabled Vietnam Veteran with a fixed income and these funds they took were to buy food for the next 2 weeks. STEALING is wrong no matter what the amount is $1.00 or 10 million dollars.

Its time the people of this country stand up and say enough is enough and fight for there rights from dishonest companies like DIRECTV. Help stop companies from ripping of people join in a Class Action Suit against DIRECTV.

With so many complaints being filed against them, I think that they will be hurting very, very soon. There are so many other boards like Rip-Off that hold a list of complaints too, all simililar in nature. One of them has a front page link devoted just to Directv complaints. Forget the class actions suits everyone, you will only get a $10.00 coupon off from Directv service. Contact the FCC, attorney general, bbb (ha) and keep posting those complaints to every site that you can find. Contact the Corporate office to get your money back. Don't even spend even one breath with customer service, billing, retention, billing resolution, credit & billing. I have been shuffled and lied to myself with this company. Any results only came from the OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT!!!!! I have confidence that the more people know how completely shady they are, they will stop getting new customers to screw over. They WILL fall.
