DirecTV said they would provide a certain programming line-up at a set monthly price. When I finally got the equipment installed it wasn't the programming or definition I had ordered and agreed to. When I called to complain, not only did they refuse to correct the problem, but they said the monthly billing would not be the agreed to pricing. I told them if they weren't going to honor our agreement on monthly pricing and programming line-up they could cancel the deal and come get their equipment. They refused to correct the problems and then continued to bill me and eventually reported it on my cridit report as a collection. Anyone who has had similar experiences with DirecTV and is interested in filing a Federal Class Action Lawsuit against DirecTV please contact by replying.
