Tim Dalke took my order on 09-30-05 and came out to measure for my Shutters and blind. The company lost my order or claimed to not have received the fax and Tim had to come out and re-measure on 10-7-05.

I was advised that my order would be rushed. Originally Sonya told me late September that my sizes are standard and would take 3 weeks. I was told I would have my blinds 10-30 and my shutters 11-30.

I left a message for Tim late October, no call back. I left a message for the Customer Svc Manager late October named Dalene/Jarlene? No call back. Sonya is no longer there or on leave.

I was working with a girl names Jennifer who was helpful and had scheduled my blind installation for 11-17, and I was called on 11-16 (now over 2 weeks late), that the vertical order was lost. The installation was now delayed as one set of blinds needed to be re-ordered, this is now the second time an order was lost.

I called 11-22 and spoke to a new Office Manager named Neiss who advised he would call all customers with status on 11-25, he did. My new date is 12-16-05. This seems to be getting out of hand. I called 11-28 and Jennifer the person assigned to my account is no longer in that department and a lady named Misty was not helpful in telling me that they had no control over Manufacturer delays.

This contradicts the whole complex of "having their own factory" which is what sales agent Tim Dalke told me when taking my order at which time I expressed concerns regarding rumors of the company keeping people's money. My debit card was charged in full 10-7-05 of course.

I asked for the owner, Misty diverted by raising her town and taking all blame off the company and failed to give me any names or service, at which point during my frustration I hung up.

I called today and left another message for Tim Dalke, lets see if he ever calls me back. When I will get my product is a big mystery, but they did take my money and I highly doubt they will be as helpful in giving it back to me. All I want is what I paid for, why is that so difficult.

Why my name??

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, August 05, 2008

I Googled my name the other day and this came up to my surprise. I used to work for this company and I showed up to work one day with people outside, a sheriff and locked doors. I was just an employee doing my job for a company that should have been doing theirs. I do not remember the order, the specific job mentioned or the follow up call they mentioned and I apologize for that. However, after this all happened, I was receiving an enormous amount of calls from unsatisfied customers who wanted their window coverings on my personal cell phone and had to end up changing my number. All I know is I believe the company filed bankruptcy. I do feel for the consumers that lost anything due to this, but please keep in mind that the employees lost a lot as well and are also waiting. Once again, I was just an employee and had nothing to do with this companies daily business dealings that lead to their falling and I offer my apologies to any customers that were affected by this.

I have an updated, the sales man called me back, however left no number today at 4:11pm. He is not stationed at the office, so the act of tracking him down is rather challenging.
