Discount Carpet & Flooring By WS ripoff refuses to complete job Sicklerville New Jersey
We contracted this company at the end of August 2004 to put in some carpet and laminate flooring. After almost completing the installation they ran out of material to complete the trim. They said they would complete the installation in a week after the additional materials arrived. We have been trying to get them to come out and finish for 3 months now. Both my husband and myself have taken several days off from work expecting them to show up, but nobody did. We have received only excuses.
In October an installer finally did show up, but he had the wrong stuff. They keep telling us somebody will be here on a specific day. We wait all day and nobody shows. On Dec. 18 they were supposed to be here first thing in the morning. At 9 we called to find out when they would get here. The owner said our job was not important to him and he was finishing a job he started yesterday - which was more important. At 2pm he called and said the installer would be right over. Nobody showed up. We cannot reach him by phone. We are sick and tired of this and have no recourse but to sue.
DO NOT Deal with this Company. They will take your money and do not care about completing their jobs. Very poor customer service. They should not be in business.
