If you want someone to charge you $4,750 to go through your personal belongings to find the tools they need to do their job, and then steal your tools on top of that, you really need to hire Jason Grubb & Discount Floor Covering Outlet!
If you want someone to charge you $4750 to walk in on you while you're in the shower, barge in your office yelling in a foreign language while your on the phone doing business, hire these people!!! They will be glad to barge in on you even if the floors are not being installed in your bathroom or office!
If you want someone to damage your antique furniture or to leave your house for hours and leave your doors propped open with the heat blasting when it's 37 degrees outside, hire therse people to install your hardwood floors.
If you want someone to wreck your hardwood floors when they install them, then promise to replace the damaged pieces, then come in and conceal them with wood putty that doesnt match your floors, hire these guys! If you enjoyed that, and you want them to do it again, then tell the owner, and he will promise you that they will replace the damaged places, and they will come back and conceal them all over again with wood putty 3 days in a row! 3 separate times they tried to hide the pieces that they splintered during installation.
These people not only concealed what they wrecked, but when I made the owner aware of it, he whined that his employees defied him, and promised to get it fixed, but they showed up to hide it again 2 more times. If you want someone to take your blankets off your bed or couch and throw them on the floor and put your furniture on top of the blanket and use the blanket to drag furniture around, hire these people.
If you want someone to spill wood stain down your walls from you staircase which is supposed to match the color of the floor but doesnt, these people will be glad to do it for only $4,750. Moreover, if you want people who can't understand english to install flooring with wide gaps everyother board, and then say :"we fix later", hire Jason Grubb and discount floor covering outlet.
If you want someone to tell you to go out and buy blue painters tape to mark the areas on your floor that need to be replaced, and then have his guys come in and use your painter's tape to bundle up the wood pile that they have left in front of your cabinets for 2 weeks, hire these people.
If you want somneone to take 2 months to do a job they promised to do in 2 days, hire these people.
If you want someone to promise to refund your $4,750 and then ignore all attempts to contact him, call Jason Grubb. If you want someone to come to your house, ask you a question and then interupt you 4 times in a row when you're trying to answer it, and then raise his voice to you in your own house-call discount floor covering outlet.

Interesting rebuttal. He claimes that there are no problems or complaints on his BBB report in 5 years. I would encourage anyone to look up his BBB report and they will find at least 2 complaints before mine in the past 2 years. The guy says I claimed his people stole a 99 cent door pin. Funny, It wasn't mentioned in the report. But since he brought it up I will gladly outline for you the tools that his installers went nto my toolboxes to get to use on their "professional" installation job. There were a pair of channel-lock pliars, a 25 ft. tape measure, and a utility knife which were 'borrowed" without my permission and which are now gone. Those were just 3 of the many tools which were used-but those were the tools which were never returned. There are however several hinge-pins which were not found as well as a couple of doorstops, one which was ruined when his guys yanked up my carpet which broke the threading off of the doorstop and splintered my woodwork where it had been fastened-class bunch of installers. In his BBB response to my complaint, he assumes full responsibility for the theft of m tools, but here he blames my kids for taking them-saying that my house is a 'clutter" OF COURSE my house is a clutter! My furniture is all over the place-my entire downstairs has been moved into 3 rooms! Nice response. So here you have a man who promised to refund my money because his people were so unprofessional but didn't refund my money-what a surprise. And his only response is to say that he thinks that I don't have the money to pay him, and that i am not a Christian. That should be sufficient to ease all of the readers concerns about doing business with this man. There are so many untruths and inconsitencies in this rebuttal from this Christian man, they do not warrant my time to respond to any further. This report has served it's purpose.

Let me start off by saying, "Tim" is definetly a unique individual. He states that my guys stole a door pin, a door stop, and a $.99 putty knife. Please, He has 2 kids and his house is a clutter, ever think they got misplaced? Does Tim have proof that my guys stole his door pin or putty knife? Our guys never left his doors open for hours, "Tim" is mad for a couple reasons, first is that he dosn't like the floors that his wife picked out, so he wants us to give him his money back. Sorry but it is a security deposit for a reason. He received all the materials, the guys installed them, sanded a set of stiars, stained them, installed all 1/4 round moldings and did a complete turn key job. Tim stated there were some boards that needed to be fixed, we put putty in them so the blemish would not be noticable. He then got angry when he could not see the spots anymore. Well thats the whole purpose. We told "Tim" his oak treads would not match his Rose wood floor perfect. We told him we would get as close as possible, because he did not want to pay more money to get the rosewood stair treads. He states we left bundles of wood in front of his cabinets in his garage, those were boards left over from the job. He bought it, Its his, we left it in his garage for him which is where is wife told us to put it. These statements are a far fetch from the truth. "Tim" is trying to "hurt my company". Well "Tim" Its going to take a lot more than a 2 page childish written letter to hurt my company. With over 200,000 satisfied customers, 1 revenge seeking man cannot affect my business. "Tim" called and said he had a couple issues he needed fixed, we sent an inspector to look at the floor to see what needed to be done, after the inspection, we call him to schedule a aptm to fix the floor and he said no that he wanted his money back. We tried on numerous ocassions to make him happy, But all he wanted was his money back. I personally think that "Tim" Just didn't have the money to pay us the balance so he wanted to try and find a way out. We are an "Accredited Member" of the BBB. Never had any complaints or problems in 5 years. We have 3 stores all reporting on the same account. We have done thousands of homes and businesses. "Tim" ( i personally think ) is acting irrational. I don't know why he would not let us look at the problems he stated he was having and try to fix them. Anyone who has a problem, we stand by our work and try to make happy. Thats our practice and always has been. "Tim" Needs to pay his balance. He still owes us $4,250.00 and its gaining interest everyday of 18%. Now this is the type of induvidual that wants to bash my personal name and company?? Please. I will not use his last name out of respect for "Tim". This whole report is a desperate man, trying desperate things to bash my personal name and company. Point is we do good work and we stand behind our work. We are a good christian company who believes in treating others as you would like to be treated. "Tim" unfortunately is probably not a christian guy, who does not have morals or principals and feels that typing a 2 page report online, on a "rip off" website would make him feel better. Well "tim" i hope it does.
