On April 7 2012 I was searching the web for gold jewerly and came across a website with discount gold jewerly at low prices due to incline in gold for the the US. So before ordering off the website I first did research on the company like rates and reviews nothing came up as far ad info on this company locally based in pleasant valley, ny so I went ahead and ordered two beautiful bracelets grins the site upon completing the shipping info which I choose 2nd day business which cost around 30 dollars I was directed to the paypall website. After completing info on pay pal the website issued my receipt to my email address . Now I'm waiting on April 26 i attempted to call the customer service number to inquire on my order on to be directed to the answering service stating that the mail box was full and can't accept anymore messages thank you. I then sent over three emails to the help desk which haven't been answered now this company is suppose to be open 7days a week according to website incase you may need help with a ordering on the website but something just instead rite why do they have a answering mailbox that is always full and that is the only number they have and again where is my purchase this company took my 300$ and sent a receipt for an order I never received now they won't even respond to my email so i took it upon my self to inform my bank of issue even though my bank filed a claim against the charges waiting to heat back from the same company they assured me that they will look out for mysterious charges because they said some times with these scams people will use paypal to receive payment and they have your bank info on file they will try to extort all of your money from your account and also they said in the future that most establish business won't use paypal for payments that is usually small business owners or sellers personal transactions gold exchanges have there own banking transactions that they use
