Discountvantruck.com Scam, never ship items but keep your money Buena Park California
Ordered RV furniture on 07 July, promised to ship by 15 July, even paid an extra $390 to ship it by that time to be received on the 21st. Never even processed our order. We found out when we called the shipping company on the 21st. Then discountvantruck.com refused to give us a refund. After calling them daily for 10 days, now they want to charge us a restocking fee of 30%. We had to file fraud charges with our credit card company and the FBI internet crimes division. The scam is that they promise to send the furniture to the consumer, do not, then when the consumer asks for a refund, they are charged a 30% "restocking fee" even though the company never even processes the order.

This is not a Discount Van Truck of Arizona order. It belongs to a now desolved California corporation Discount Van Truck, LTD, by Oscar Galvez, Eurotec Seating in LaHabra California with their new web site shop4seats.com.
discountvantruck.com is a dba of Net Sites USA, Inc. in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
A simple state origination check will show this orders resposibility.
