This business takes advantage of disabled people. If you google the owner's name you will find he was convicted of fraud in 2012 -- he used to call his store Planet Mobility and has just changed the name. If you google other reviews, you will find many complaints of dishonest business practices, especially concerning returns.
The return policies are a rip-off. 20% "restocking" fee and shipping and handling. We ordered a $2K wheelchair. Before it was delivered, we called to cancel. We said we would refuse delivery and/or pay to have it shipped back --- package unopened. He misrepresented an FDA regulation to support his claim it was required.
To pay $500 to return a $2K product is not a return policy -- it's a scam and way to make money.
The policy is included online. However, you can be fooled by the "30-day return" notices on each page if you do not click and read all the fine print.
