I talked to I-Satellite today and they were willing to compromise with me on a solution after being initially rebuffed. The customer service rep, Jillian (my apoligies if I mispelled your name) was very patient and helpful. I let her know that if I exploded in anger not to take it personally as I knew she was there to help. She contacted me with the fact that I-Satellite was willing to come up with a compromise solution. This is very much appreciated by me. The sales rep also contacted me and apologized for the miscommunication (I do tend to believe he made an honest mistake). I am very grateful for the fact that they were willing to compromise and uninstall and take away the equipment for me. If only Dish Network itself had treated me with the same amount of respect. While I was mistaken about some info on Directv, which was clarified for me by another Directv rep, they treated me with respect and took my suggestions seriously. I may pay a little more Directv but I do get a better choice of channels, both locally and otherwise, and get treated better.
