Dish Network And South Eastern Satellite. Company Out for money...yours! W. Cola. South Carolina
When I first signed up with dish network, I started having trouble with getting charged for movies that weren't orderd. I called in each and every time. I had been paying them because I wasn't getting anywhere with them on it. I had put blocks on it that only 'I' knew and when it still cont., I called and told them that this was getting old and 'how' could I go about proving that I don't even have a phone cord hooked up, so to prove I couldn't have orderd any movies. I called the company listed above that installed it. He said it does happen some time and that someone could be hacked-in to my sat. He said a few more things that back-up my side~ then said there wasn't anything he could do to help. He said to keep talking with them. Well, then I was late on my bill and it got disconnected and when I called in to pay it... they said I had to pay the past due amount PLUS a disconnect (with-in a yr.) fee. All this would be 400.00 dollars, 100.00 of it being the 'bill'. SO I said just forget it! Then today in the mail I get a letter from the company that installed it saying that dish network had charged them because I disconnected and that they had charged my debit card 150.00. They had the card number from the installation papers. How do they have the right to do that???
