Dish Network ripoff did not offer referal credit, They said it is impossible to honor the ClubDISH program to me and even suggested I "track down the card" Woburn Massachusetts
After hearing about the $5.00 month (for 12 months) discount for referring a friend I called to get all the required information and then presented the required card to my co-worker. He then signed up and presented the card to the Radio Shack where he finalized the process.
After waiting about a month I called Dish Network (DN). I was told to wait a few weeks because they showed no activity yet. On January 9th I called back again to inquire and spent at least 1/2 on the phone with no luck. I asked to be called with a final decision.
After waiting for 11 days I decided to make a 3rd call. Again after being on the phone I was told there was nothing they could do because my card code was not entered by their vendor. I gave them all the information they needed to make it clear they I knew everything about my friend, when he signed up, where etc. DN has decided that it is impossible to honor the ClubDISH program to me and even suggested I "track down the card" Not a very good answer for a customer who pays for his service one year in advance.
