Question: I sent 2 receivers back they were tracked and signed by Mr. Garcia on 03/25/2007 but I have not received a refund check. My new phone # . Im waiting for a call or e-mail today.

I have changed phone co. due to work mandates. You can call me at my new number but I would prefer all correspondents be in writing on the web for obvious reasons. I have all tracking info on your equipment, as stated in prior e-mail. I have been turned over to a collections agency for a sum of $71.89. Yet dish network owes me $1142.31. Your collection dept. has no problems finding my address account # and new phone #. I understand this is a large corp. with multi dept. Yet in the past when I have called your co. they have quoted word for word all past conversations
