Very, very rude people. My son goes to MS&T and he parked his car on the street. He forgot to move the car and the
police called for it to be towed. The car is registered in my name. I live in the Kansas City area and travel weekly Monday through Thursday. The towing place did not attempt to notify us and it was until 3pm on Friday that we found out about the car even being towed. They state that they will not release the car to anyone but the owner of the vehicle on the registration. They tell us that they are only open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. In a college town! They knew
exactly what they were doing to people, basically screwing them. We called other tow companies in and around Kansas City who said any reputable company would take a notarized letter. I had a notarized letter sent to them certified saying that I authorized my son to pick up the car on my behalf. They would not accept it. They would not come up to the tow place on a Saturday if we called them. So my car sat there for 9 days until I could drive down to Rolla. They are crooks and
very, very rude yelling at myself and my wife on the phone several times as we tried to get this straightened out. $100 for the tow and $35 a day....you figure it out. The lady, Dee who owns the place with her husband Ron yelled at my wife saying she would not come up there on a Saturday she has 5 children at home and has a life of her own! Well, that isn't our problem, our problem is working with people with no customer service, no education and no class. I never post things like this but believe me the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau and the city government of Rolla are going to hear about this. I only
marked it poor-fair because they don't have a below poor rating on this service. The lady, Dee didn't even have the decency to come up to meet us when we paid to get the car. She sent a young driver to do it.

You know, just because you have the right to do something doesn't make it right.  This company is not right.  I am not sure how the city or the University where I spend lots of money to send my son can do business with businesses that would treat people in this manner.
