How do you expect Dish Network to be able to stop the calls, when they are coming from OTHER COMPANIES? You shouldn't be filing complaints about Dish Network with the FCC, FTC, BBB, et al. The complaints should be against the companies that are calling you. Oh, and by the way, the corporate offices of DISH Network are NOT at the address you specified when you posted this. They moved out of that building years ago, and now it's used as one of their call centers - incorporating both Technical Support AND Sales. Dish Network doesn't hire other companies to market for them, they just hire their own people, and have about the same amount of authority over other companies as Microsoft has over, say, Google.
