5 years ago, a Sprint account was settled and the last payment was sent.
A few months later I received a bill for 435.00, so I called a Sprint agent and went thru the entire scenario concerning the questioned account.
Since then Diversified Consultants have hounded me regarding disconnect fees and taxes claiming that I owe and demanding payment.
I last tried to tell the lady or who ever that I did not owe any money to Sprint, she asked,, " why is it that you think that you do not owe the 435.00?" So with ending this complaint, I will next contact the Better Business Bureau and complain there.
