My name is florence and I'm the owner of divine hair braiding.I've ordered hair with Ms Perfecthair,back in february and since then nothing.I had to go through emails and phone calls explaining to me that all shipments were delayed due to the Japan earthquake ,then that Paypal didn't send them their money.i HAD TO CONTACT BPTH PAYPAL AND MY BANK TO FINALLY CONCLUDE THAT THE PROBLEM WAS MSPERFECT HAIR!!!!!
The customer service and especially one lady named Lavine helped me to re order,what I did.I thought ,I was finally done with the hassles when I received the confirmation number from usps but nothing has ever been delivered ....
im sick and tired ,how many calls and emails,i can't count them any longer....im suing them...They are liars,crooks,and this scam is supported by all those ladies on youtube who do reviews about their hair which are beautiful indeed.What's the point if you can't get them...I want my 130$ back....enough is enough...they've been exposed !!!!!!
