Last Novembre, when I was browsing online, a pop up window showed up on my screen. It was a promotional ad for a 0.50 fl FREE SAMPLE called LAVISH skincare. It said: try the product for free, you only need to pay the shipping and handling fee. The testimonies on the ad sounded good. I had read the ad carefully, and had not found any small prints about hidden fees, automatical renews/refills before I ordered the sample.
Recently when I was reviewing my credit card bill, I found out that I was charged $89.73 on December by this company. But I did not order any product from the company except the FREE sample. I did not even use the sample because I wasn't t sure about the quality of the product as the pakaging and the bottle looked cheap. I called the number showing on my credit card bill, but no one answered the phone.
I Googled Divinskin, and found this website. It seems that I am not the only victim.
I do not know what this Divinskin company did is legal or not. But it is definitely unethical.
Beware of this company!
