DJR group Consistently putting in a payment ,more than five times and unauthorize, and charging me $30 dollars as well having $242 in Overdraft fees. Mission, Kansas
On November 15, I contacted DJR because I thought that I wanted to do a pay down on my loan. Initially, I was scheduled to have $45 (finance fee) taken out of my account, on the Nov. 18th. This is why I called them because I wanted to know if they had received my fax asking to do the pay down option. However, after talking with CSR and finding out that it would be $95 instead, I then told her NOT to do that but keep the initial payment ($45) instead. When I got off the phone, it was understood to be only the $45 to come out on Nov. 18th, my first payment to them.
My scheduled payment is on 11/25 and every other week after that. Come to find out, they had tried to get the payment early, (the monday before the scheduled date) and consistently tried to put the payment through, to the tune of $242 in overdraft fees to me because, everyday day, they tried and charged me $30 for each time it was returned. MOre than five times, they did this.
By them doing this, has caused everything to bounced because of the overdraft fees and I am in insurmountable debt right now. I've tried to call them but the line is always busy. Just tried to call them and it is STILL busy. The time now is 6:55 Eastern time and no recording or anything.
I want to know what I can do to get this resolved if not talk with upper management aboput this. I appreciate any help, information or ways to get the word about this company, I'll be willing to help. This is the holiday season and this is the way this company are treating people. Shame on them!
