After receiving my order of very obviously dead plants I called DNT nursery to complain. I talked to Susan, and she said they would make things right if I returned the plants. I promptly returned the plants at my expense and waited for a response or new plants, which I never received. I also never received a response to my email, or phone calls inquiring about the status of returned plants, or shipment of new plants. After waiting several weeks, I called my credit card company to decline charges. Shortly after I declined charges I got a letter from a debt collection agency, saying I owed $250.00 for declining the credit card charge. The original purchase price was $67.00
