Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Do not get involved with Doba unless you plan to be with them forever.   When trying to cancel the 14 day trial period after the first week  I emailed them to notify them that I was cancelling.  That was not what they wanted.  The next day a rep called me to "discuss my business".  I told her that I was cancelling.  She wrote it in my record.

Because I did not place the call to her, they said that the call didn't count and dispite the fact that she wrote about my cancellation so that they all could see it it did not matter.  They still considered me a member and charged me $59.99 because according to them I had never cancelled.   Whether I made the call to the rep or the rep called me, the outcome was the same:  cancellation.  What difference does it make when OVER THE PHONE I did cancel.

I have tried several times to get my money back.   $59.99 to a Senior on Social Security is a large amount of money to lose.  I am so sick of being ripped off by these companies who insist on getting my credit card up front and then take money out of my account even though they  have no right to do so.   And that seems to be the way that they're all doing things now.  So if you want to just check out some company's services or products you have to pay whether you buy or not.  There should be some type of governmental organzation to regulate these crooks.  PLEASE,

help me get my money back.

DOBA is associated with many Work-At-Home marketing programs who have learned how to manipulate the leagal system through their Terms of Service and other binding contracts. Watch out for the companies who are offering a free trial and ask for a small shipping fee, this gives them your credit card information and you start getting charges that are hidden in the terms of service.

My dealings with DOBA were aweful, sold products on eBay and placed the order in good faith. An email is returned to cancel the product order citing "We are OUT-of-STOCK" This happened on most of the product orders placed and I had little benifit from their service. The majority of their products are marked up comparable to retail prices in big box stores. So, whats the point of paying $59 when you can get similar products from a local store at similar prices?

This company called me a few days ago solliciting my business. I polietly told the salesman "I don't know who gave them my number but I am not interested in your service."

The FREE TRIAL is a Bait & Switch! Its unlikely you will be able to cancel due to delay tactics obligating you to at least one month of paid membership. This company does not warehouse products and simply drop-ships from other companies for a profit.

Contact the fraud department with your credit card company, its possible to reverse the charges as unauthorized. The Utah Dept of Commerce or the Attorney General may be able to help you with a dispute to get your money refunded.
