Doba doba.com 7-day free trial is only six day trial Orem Utah
At 1240PM on Sept 27, I signed up for a seven day free trial. At 8AM on Sept 4 I called to cancel. The polite customer service rep told me that my free trial was over the day before. He explained that Friday through Thursday was seven days. I responded that seven days is 168 hours.
Doba is a drop shipping company. One of their partners is a well known internet auction site. Doba does a great job explaining how to list items for drop shipping. That site uses a 24 hour clock. ie seven days is 168 hours. It was logical to conclude that Doba did the same.
The rep did tell me that he had refunded the fee that I was charged after their interpretation of seven days. Time will tell if he was truthful. I commend Doba for doing what is right; however, I had to go to the partners web site and terminate all listed sales one day before the original listing expired. In other words seven days is not sufficient time for an honest trial.
If youi are considering doing business with Doba, just before submitting your payment information try to close the browser window. You will be offered a fourteen day trial. That will give you ample time to determine if Doba is for you.
