I am so annoyed by this report I can only say ONE. Youre wrong, Fred does NOT make the Stores buy from ONE food whole sale vender. TWO. Learn how to speak correctly and spell. I work for the HQ and I know what goes on and how it works. Dont make a report about a company when obviously you dont know the facts! If you pay attention to ANY of your training which most of you owners do NOT, you would understand how the Job and company works! I deal first hand with owners and managers all the time who dont know how to report or even keep track of their money, inventories so on and so on. So before you put down Fred, make sure you KNOW what your saying!
Fred is a good owner of this company and he takes care of his employees and his Franchise owners! Thanks and have a nice day
Oh P.S all those medical problems.. Your own fault, maybe if you pay attention and learn how to run a store like more then less of you dont know how to you wouldnt be so stressed!

Lisa, We feel your pain. We have been involved with the Subway franchise for 4 years. We have 3 stores. We are trying to get out by selling. We have basicly the same issues as you. We work hard, and we are going broke. We have to stop this madness. I will not make any money selling my stores...if I can even sell them. I am not making any money having my stores open. Either way I have no money. It is TIME and LIFE. I need to get both back. Subway has made me use up all my savings in order for me to survive. I can't wait to get out. Anything would be better then owning a Subway. I would make more money collecting cans or having a paper route. Actually my husband made more money having a paper route when he was 13, then he does owning 3 Subways. Lisa, at least you are out of Subway, things will only get better. Best wishes, ard

It's morally and in Lisa case legally wrong to take advantage of a disable person. Lisa disability doesn't make her a bad business owner and most people can not understand complex legal documents. Plus in the last ten years, Doctors Associates face 19,300 lawsuits and arbitration hearings for illegal business practice.

It is too bad that you lost money on this venture but do not blame Subway alone. You have quite a bit of the blame to take for yourself. You stated that the franchise team knew you had a learning disability and limited knowledge of how to read. Well, you also knew this fact - better than the franchise team. You should not have met with the group without someone who could read proficiently and would be able to ask pertinent questions, too.
