I was upsold on a toll thing, was told i would have tonise toll roads to get to my destination,, then i did not. My gos routed me on a shorter route with no tolls Added basic coverage after i told them i did not want coverage 1 hr 15 min wait, mid day. Everyone movin slowly. Nobody seemed to care about long line. Too warm in building. Another 15-20 mins just to get outta parking lot. Line of well over 20 cars Car was filthy on the outside and not much better inside. Not vacuumed
