I had the same problem with them in March this year . I just drove to
a customer and back, without any problem whatsoever. When I returned
the car, somebody asked if I filled it up the tank and that was it, no damage claim. When I checked my Visa the nxt 2 months my 1000euro was not refunded.
After a lot of e-mails and months, they suddenly come up with a claim of almost 900euro..., so called new scratches.
I rented via agent AutoEurope, hope they can help in claiming money
back! This is a total rip off company! Terstappen, Thriftyhave the same
booth in Munich airport. Please do not let you fooled by their
interesting prices!
On top of that they gave me a lower class car than booked and paid for in advance....!
