Another CLASSIC CASE of blaming everyone else for your own omission and mistakes. They presented you with a contract, paperless or not and BY YOUR OWN ADMISSION you signed it without reading what you were signing! Smart...real smart. Whether you have one child or an entire Boy Scout troop waiting, YOU are the one on the hook for the deal, therefore it is UP TO YOU to provide the "checks and balances" to BE POSITIVE you are getting what you want and not one thing more! Then you claim to check over the car. Apparently you didn't look at the roof to find that mat while parked! What in the hell is the big deal...you take the mat, shake it off and put it in its place. Should they have done this? Of course but people forget. Maybe you wanted somebody to hold the steering wheel for you while you just sat in the driver's seat???
