Installer Avenue AKA "Dolphin Install" is the most disrespectful, dishonest, unprofessional and unethical company I have ever dealt with.  Not only the TV installer they have contracted is unprofessional, covered my brand new TV with a bunch of their nasty fingerprints, they also installed my TV crooked.  It took hours of stress and aggravation to correct the problem and promised us some adjustment to our bill because of all the troubles but ended up charging our credit card without our consent for an amount that we are not aware of.  

This happened on December 21st, we have called the company several times to find resolution and asked for an invoice, as of now, no invoice and no return calls.  We were told Tom Nguyen was the manager, when we talked to Tom, he denied being the manager and told us another person is, her name is Kelly.  We talked with Kelly many times and not once did she introduce herself as the manager and also refuse to find solution to solve the matter.  Kelly instead treated us with disrespect and attitude.  Until now, no invoice provided and no solution to our dispute.
