Dominion Fiancial ripoff Champlain New York
I received a call from a man name Jason who told me that I have been approved for non secured credit card that can be used anywhere in the US with a $2500 credit line but there was a $279.00 processing fee. I agreed and gave him my baking information.
They took the money on 7-30-04 and today I recieved a package stating i can get a debt card for an additial charge of $54.00. I called and spoke to their customer service rep and gave her my confirmation # and told her I was looking for my credit card. She hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a Jon and asked the same thing and then he put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up.
I called back and spoke to Jackie I asked for a refund and she told me they don't give refunds. I asked for a superisor and she hung up on me. Please help me get my money back.
