Dominion Wrecker Towing is a crooked, deceitful, untrustworthy, theiving company that preys on communites with HOA's. My new car has been towed by the same person SAM(with his rude, unprofessional, racist a*s) three times within the last four months. Even after I have proved twice that my visitor parking pass is in the car i still have not been refunded my money. I have gone to the offfice several times to speak with the manager who is never there, about being harrassed by this company and about having my money refunded. To this day I have never laid eyes on the manager, had him return my phone call, or had anyone from this establishment try to rectify the reoccuring nightmare with this company. I live in the community in the same place for the last 4 years, I display a parking pass, my name/address/and parking pass number are put into a log to show my pass and tags are valid, and my car still gets towed.
I go to the place with my proof and ask that they show me proof......i'm told $185.00 to get my car and the window slammed in my face. I call the Police because now i'm pissed, the police say to call the manager and contact the HOA so that maybe I can get my money back. HOA people say they don't authorize them to tow cars unless they are called, now why would the patrol officers who gave me the pass and logged my information in call to have my legit car towed?? Exactly these people at Dominion Wrecker are just that Wreckers of peacce of mind, homes, and happiness. They are trolls, disrespectful and lack intergrity.
