Don Burnham / IAI WATCH OUT! THEY ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO WORK IN ALL AREAS Venice, Florida Florida
We attended a wealth expo in Boston, and signed up for Don Burnham's Class. Entrigued, we signed up for the $995 seminar. As Don himself put it....."the first deal you put through with IAI, he will refund your entire purchase price back". What did we have to lose?
It was my fiance's dream to invest in real estate and be able to renovate houses and turn neighborhoods around. We took the course, and started immediately to look for houses. We found a perfect flip in Rhode Island.
Well, they never told us that they were not licensed to do business in Rhode Island. They were supposed to hold our hand through financing. They could not help us with anything because they were not licensed in Rhode Island.
Well, we are out $995. More importantly, we are $995 less nearer to our dream.
Be cautious and ask a lot of questions. You will avoid this mistake. It seems his business is not investing in property. It is investing in mis-information, or more likely.....bait and switch.
