Don Robertos Jewelers charging me for something i don't have El Centro California
i have had credit for almost 2 years here i have bought and paid off 3 different pieces of jewelry but i went back (just to look) at some 7 day bangles i regreted it so much they wanted me to take so bad so i said ok lets check how much payments would be.
so they said for the payments to be low they said they had to run my credit again they figured it out on paper and i had to sign so thye could run it it came back still a little but i said ok that i would be back in a few days with a down payment so i left (i never took the jewelry with me).
that week my dad went into a coma in the hospital i had to leave town miss work and other expenses so i called them and told them that i wasn't going to buy them after just to be polite they said ok and wished that my dad get better.
well for the last month they have been calling me sending me statements charging me $1,599 for the bangles which i do not have they told its because i signed an agreement (IT WAS TO RUN MY CREDIT!!) so i said no i am not paying something i don't even have or took possesion of they daid there going to send me to collections
can some one please help i pay all my bills on time i have nothing negative on my credit what can i do
