Arrived late by 2 hours. Held property ransom on the truck until you pay for cash, even though they're not sure how long they will take and charge an hourly rate. Charged me for drive time, even though they state no drive time, up to 40km charged. Charged me GST though they're not licensed with a GST number.
No copy of the contract.
No copy of the receipt.
Left my belongings in the parking lot.
Damaged furniture, walls and baseboards.
Stay far, far away from scam artist Doug Chestnut. He will try and be polite and give you a good rate, but it is not worth the potential damage and rip off.
