April 28th 2016 I ordered and paid for a modem from dontleaseyourmodem.com. Said modem was alleged to be compatable with comcast.net.

I returned my old modem to the comcast store and asked them to authorize the new ( not new ) modem i'd purchased from dontleaseyourmodem.com.

They stated the modem from dontleaseyourmodem.com was ' stolen ' and they would not authorize it.

I attempted to contact dontleaseyourmodem.com wil no success. No phone or e-mails were not returned.

I returned said modem UPS with signature and asked for a chargback to my credit card. No reply.

Contacted my CC Company to dispute the charge. Today 7/18/16 I received a notice stating they would not charge my card and returned my money.

I have had no contact with the owner of dontleaseyourmodem.com. He ignored any attempt to contact him and obviously refused to return my money, even after I returned the modem. Which again, per Comcast was a stolen modem. Although I do have my money back, I'd still love to contact this cretin to give him a piece of my mind.

Under no circumstance ( In my experience  ) should anyone send money to dontleaseyourmodem.com !
