I purchase a EMT Cable Modem from this company after talking to someone there. I found the discussion helpful.  I immediately ordered the equipment.  UBEE DVM3203B.  It was refurbished.  I got it a few days later in a padded envelop.  When I opened the envelop I saw that it was scratched up more that I expected plus it had not be cleaned well.. (not filthy with a few dirt marks that easy wipe off with a paper towel.) 

I receive the instructions for setting it up. These worked flawlessly and the modem does work with my telephone. But 2 of the LED lights do not work. (Power and Telephone1).  I contacted support by email and received very wrapid responce from support.  I told him I was not happy about the LEDs not working and the general appearance of the device. 

After multiple exchanges via email (all of which were very civil) I was told that the since the modem was functional with comcast then it is not considered defective.  At this point in time, I will use it as is, but I am concerned that the defective LED may be the first indicator of things to come.

This device was not that expensive and it will not be the end of the world if it fails but I am greatly disappointed in the company. They do not seem to take pride in their products and want to do the best for their customs and keep them happy.

I would not buy from them again and suggest you carefully look at other reviews of the compy prior to working with them.
