Did not contact on transportation date set, demanded I come to them at a Costco to drop off car had to get friend to help, lost 2 hours time.
Upon delivery, driver demanded $400 cash to drop car, called the company (866) 802-7447 night of no call and night of delivery and never got call back. Luckily had drivers number so called him and he called them.
Company called me and I told them they had already billed card and man on line just yelled at me and told me he would impound the car and sell it at the next auction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES
