Dotty's Casino 1144 Victorian Ave, Sparks, NV 89431 https://g.co/kgs/hjMEdQ Hello I have contacted you all already because I have had some issues in those store due to card not working in do come in your guys location every day and buy cigarettes 5 hour energy drink and play at least 20$ in machine half of the time card is not working in do tell cashier she gave me a new one still did not work well as of last night I was there could have had alot of points cuz cashed out 140$ on 10$ play but card was not working i received a call from one man that said he was a manager but did not know how many points you need to get free play in the mail not cool you are a manager but when I brought to attention card was not working half of the time he stated there was nothing he could do except for call the store and see when they last had their machines cleaned well that does not help my problem of missing points that I could have had and what I am missing out on like I said I do come and spend quite a bit of money on a daily basis with this store and they will be losing my business do attention card was not working half of the time he stated there was nothing he could do except for call the store and see when they have last had their machines cleaned well that does not help my problem of missing points that I could have had in what I am missing out on like I said I do come and spend quite a bit of money on a daily basis with the store and they will be losing my business do to management cannot fix this problem for me or no offer to say they are concerned it is very sad I do FreePlay a very many other places in never have as much problems is I did in this store I do like the store and would love to come back but if I can not get what everybody else maybe get in on all first then why spend my money there and I couldn't go to the cigarette shack and get the same price and go to the nugget and play and received all offer said everybody else does because my issues does not concern you all.i hope if anyone eles that may have this problem will do the same because it is not right and will let all people know that I work with at the nugget will be aware of this and customer and management service you guys have..
