Double L Transport , Sherry Ford Stole Blue Roan TWH - Never Paid For Horse - Sold and Kept Money! Murfreesboro, Tennessee
Beware of Double L Transport, Lascassas TN (resides in Murfreesboro, TN! Horse Thief!!
Sherry Ford, Double L Transport and I entered into a signed contract 9/28/2010 for purchase of an 8 yr. old blue roan TWH gelding and still owes me $3,600...his name is Blue Bayou (registered Racking) and has white on his right cornet band and a longer head. The horse was a trade horse received from Carey Hughes, All Lit Up Farmsoriginal horse purchased from him tried to buck me off. Although the contracted stated Sherry was to pay me $500 minim a month, starting January 2011 and ending May 2011, she has only made one payment of $300 on March 10, which left a balance of $3,600. I have detailed Facebook messages sent to/from Sherry stating she had sent checks, was going to send checks, forgot to send checks and sent Paypal checks that bounced. The contract stated if she defaulted on payment, the horse was to be returned to my residence within 30 days by Double L Transport. On March 23rd, after I confronted Sherry, she admitted that she SOLD the horse to someone she alleges that is in Florida for field trials! She is a horse thief because she not only sold my horse without my permission, but also kept MY money! I was told Sherry actually sold my horse shortly after she picked him up from me on Sept. 29, 2011 and also found out she tried to sell him even before she picked him up!! Sherry Ford is a cheat, liar, dishonest and despicable person and I dont want her to take advantage of anyone else! As of July 2011, I have retained Legal counsel, as Sherry refuses to give me MY $$ and now she has disconnected her phone!! DO NOT USE HER AND WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW!! If anyone has seen this blue roan horse, please contact me!!!

Just wanted to update Sherry L. Ford's name to her married name, Sherry L. Vetetoe, including her husband's in case she's trying to scam any one else. The person in Florida, who Sherry sold my horse to, saw my the Ripoff Report post and has replied giving me his contact information...in the process of contacting him. The only reprieve this (((REDACTED))) deserves is behind bars for several years. Beware that you do any dealings with this low life... She also has a rescue, Rock N Acres Rescue...dogs and horses. Read the other complaints posted! Please don't entrust any animal to her...
My husband will be retiring this year and we will be doing some traveling. Plan on paying Sherry Vetetoe a visit in Murfreesboro and take along some law enforcement with me!
