Douglas P. Cataldo - DSD Management Mr.Douglas Cataldo sold a three bedroom under false pretences thru fraudulous means lynn, Massachusetts
mr.douglas p. cataldo formaly from barrigton ri. i met him the summer or 2009 seemed like a nice man but was i completely wrong. me my wife and two children were living across the street from him living with relatives because the economy was bad and we lost our home. so we were tryig to get back on our feet. when we met him he told us he was selling his three bedroom home @ lynn massachuettes for onehundredthousad dollars.
we jumped at the oppurtunity to be home owners. it was like a dream come true.well.....this is what this so called man (douglas p. cataldo) did to my family after we paid five hundred dollars on purchace and sale and three thousad dollars closing fees,and completely cleaned the basement which was like a tornado went threw it ten times over and he promised to pay five hundred fifty dollars if we completed that project and we did. then we moved some stuff little by little it the new home while we were still staying at my wifes aunts house accross the street. then we got phone calls saying he has ripped off other people as well as i, by promise to sell the same property to them.so he screwed me for a grand total of four thousad dollars ($4,000.00) and have all reiepts ad documents needed to ail him in court not only for the 4k but another 5k for the suffering he's coflicted upon me and my family. so doug if you read hopefully you will change your ways i think 9,000.00 is efficient enough what do you think. and already went to salem probate where fair housing/small claims is and my case a slam dunk............shame on you.
