Software disappears after supposedly downloading and requesting that software be moved to DVD to install. Nothing is loaded to DVD. The software license is not valid. The phone number is not legitimate. "Brad" offers refund with 20% restock fee if you accept- i didn't. This is a scam through and through. The only way to speak with someone is by chat and then only if you do not give the "order number".
