Ford Motor Company will not stand up to DOWNS FORD and FRANK DELIA. Frank delia has violated Ford's dealer agreement in multiple instances and Ford motor company refuses to do anything about it. I have no hired an attorney to get my deposit back. This is going to cost Ford Motor company and Downs Ford more money. They have broke the law and STOLE my 10,000 dollars.!!!

'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA VOIDED WARRANTY DUE TO ENGINE SLUDGE ON 2007 CAMRY HYBRID, and go to Jerry's Ripoff Report. Then read his 'Update' entitled- 'Toyota has second thought'. It's where he explains how he put PLASTIC VINYL LEMONS all over his defective 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid and parked it outside the Toyota dealership and passed out fliers! YOU CAN DO SOMETHING SIMILAR, wouldn't you agree? GOOD LUCK!

You could make a big sign that says: THIS DEALERSHIP COMMITTED FRAUD, and sit outside of their Dealership (off of their property) with that sign, and some simple fliers explaining what they did to you. You can also direct everyone in your town to this Ripoff Report with that flier & sign! A Dealership cannot LEGALLY keep your deposit if they did not make good on the transaction. Even if you decide to cancel the transaction they cannot LEGALLY keep your money. They can make up their own rules, but their rules are NOT the law! I'd hit that Dealership where it hurts by sitting outside that Ford Dealership with that big sign, and it WOULD cause such a comotion that they'd lose sales for months, and even YEARS! You could cost them HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of DOLLARS IN LOST SALES!!!!! A customer who bought a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid, that ended up having a defective engine, did this as a last resort when neither the Dealership nor Toyota Corporation would help him. GUESS WHAT HE DID? He put PLASTIC LEMONS all over his defective Camry and parked it outside of that Dealership, and passed out fliers to people going by! The Dealership finally caved-in and settled with him and payed for a new engine! Type in- TOYOTA at this site and you can read all the Ripoff Reports. His is somewhere in the last 6 months or so. SHUT DOWN THAT FORD DEALERSHIP BY EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT TO- 'FREEDOM OF SPEECH'. The word will spread fast! Contact a local News Station BEFORE you do it and maybe they'll catch someone at the Dealership who MIGHT try to physically 'harm' you when you are sitting outside with that big sign exposing them! If someone at that Dealership tries to 'harm' you, then you can sue them for MILLIONS, wouldn't you agree? Especially if you caught it on CAMERA!!!!!! GOOD LUCK! P.S. E-mail your story to- 'The News Hour with Jim Lehrer' at the PBS website. 'Nightly Business Report' with Paul Kangas & Susie Gharib at the PBS website. 'The BBC Worldwide News' at the PBS website. All of your LOCAL NEWS Stations. Send your story to- BusinessWeek.com and to- CNNMoney.com HOPE TO SEE YOU ON T.V. SOON!!!!!

2/4/09 - Spoke withe Frank Delia part owner of DOWNS FORD in Toms River New Jersey, and Frank threatened that if I did not take $5,000 dollars and walk away that he would go to American arbitration and pursue the full purchase price of the car! He refuses to give me back my deposit and contends that I signed a contract and it doesnt' matter how long it takes to deliver the car, the contract is still valid. He also will no longer admit that he sold the car to me through ebay. He refuses to state that I bought the car through ebay and did a buy it now, even though I have all the records stating such. I told him he has "stolen" money and I would continue to use all avenues to get my money returned.

I contacted ebay to have them enforce their own 60 day policy. They stated that they are unable to do anything because 90 days have come and gone, and ebay only enforces their policies for 90 days.
