I order $104.00 worth of there products back in june 12 2006, it is now August 6 2006 no word, i have emailed 9 times with no responce from them, there is no way of getting ahold of them there live chat is never working ,there company has already charged my credit card and gotten payed back on june 12 I have gotten no refund or merchandise and no responce, great company! never order from a company that doesnt care enough to keep good buisness practice

Tina, I checked with the BBB online and you are correct, Doxy Lingerie has a horrible reputation. In fact, just in the past 36 months, they have had over 60 complaints. Only a company that does not respect the customer would earn an Unsatisfactory rating with the BBB. I would encourage you to file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. But, keep in mind that nothing will happen. I would also encourage you to file a complaint with the BBB but again, keep in mind that nothing will happen. (Read the Rip-Off Report about the BBB and you will understand.) Tina, most credit cards let you check online, but from the sound of it you already know that they have not refunded your account. In closing, if Doxy Lingerie was a reputable company, they would refund your account and also send you the items free of charge but that would mean customer service!

I am very tired of your lies! Contact what support I have emailed-time and time again. You don't get back to me and when I emailed you that I contacted this company, that was the only time you emailed. You told me you were going to put up all my information anyway. How about this, your in the wrong. You took my money, sent no order, lied that I got my refund. You can get a hold of me and all the other people you do this to you make it right!

please do show me the copy of your receipt, I took the advice of the gentleman that wrote on this web site about this mess. I contacted my bank, changed my card#, so no other charges can be taken!and when I talked to them today 8/8/2006 there were no refunds from you and they will be taking care of the rest with my help and the attorney generals you really should respect people and not rip them off lifes to short to be messing with stuff like this and people like you but this time I WILL NOT LET IT GO I WILL TAKE ALL THE STEPS TO SEE THAT YOU DONT RIP ANY ONE ELSE OFF!

This ia a real ripoff company!!! File a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General's office. Look at the number of complaints on this site alone. This woman has been stealing people's money for some time now. I would also have the credit card company do a charge back.

It is not taken care of I have no order or no refund. Your way of taking care of stuff is to ignore it thats not mine! I like many others got on line found what I thought was a nice web site to get lingerie and what I payed for was a lot of bull. No order no refund and one rude lady for some one in the wrong. I am not done with this company and neither are a lot of others

Just got emailed from company. The first time they have contacted me back only because after filing ripoff report emailed doxy to let them know how their company has ripped off a lot of people and I was pressing charges. She said that I was refunded and and my name would be posted on this web site so what where is no refund and I am pissed that it took it to come to this, for any response at all will never do
