I had a similiar experience with a cell phone company based out of NJ. After 3 weeks of getting the run around and phone calls being ignored, I called the police department in the town the company was based, and gave them all of my information. Maybe I was just lucky, but an office went to the place of business and had a word with the man that I had "done business" with. Within 2 days my money was refunded back into my account. May be worth a try!

Well, after sending a fourth email on May 14 to Jennifer stating that I would like to give her the opportunity to make things right with me despite what I have read on this site and my own personal experience with this so called company, she finally responded. Although I would love to think that this had something to do with the response, I am more inclined to believe that it had more to do with the fact that I informed her in this email that I would report the fraudulent activity if I did not receive a response. She informed me in this email that all of my orders will ship by the end of the week and I will be receiving a tracking number as soon as they do ship. I feel that I deserve a lot more information as to why my order has been delayed for a month and a half and not some promise to ship my order within the week. The credibility of Jennifer and her website leaves much to be desired. I have been extremely patient and feel I should be given top shipping priority given the situation. If this was not possible I at least deserved an explanation as to why there has been such a long wait and continues to be a wait just to gets items shipped that I placed orders for over a month ago. P.S. Because I really need the stuff I ordered and cannot count on Doxy Lingerie to ship them, I placed a similar order on May 15th with Linay Lingerie.com, ( the one I ordered from the same day as Doxy above), at around 5:00 pm and now at 5:00 am the next day, have already recieved a tracking number because my order has already been shipped. This website is very good and I would recommend them to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM DOXY. You are placed on the backburner and unimportant as a customer because before you realize that your order is not coming, they have already billed your credit card and gotten your money. It is amazing to me that this company is even allowed to be in business and that the authorities haven't shut it down. I hope that this message will spread and other consumers will be informed of the dangers of doing business with Doxy before handing over their credit card number like I so naively did.
