I placed an order with Doxy Lingerie on 3/14/06, Here it is 4/12/06, no items...no response to numerous e-mails...Nothing!!!

I received an e-mail from the owner Jennifer on 3/23/06 with a response to the first e-mail that I sent her. I will paste it below.......

My first e-mail: My name is Monica. I placed and order on 3/14/06 and still have not received an order confirmation nor the item. My order number is yhst-41531193861063-12509. If you could get back with me as soon as possible that would be great. My e-mail is (private) or you can call me at ----------

HER RESPONSE: Your order is scheduled to ship on Monday

Well the Monday she was talking about was 3/27/06, and here it is 4/12/06 and still nothing. I have sent Jennifer, Sales, Orders, and Customer Service each an e-mail still ending in no response at all!! I just want my item or my money back...My husband risks his life in the military for the money we get...I was at least wanting to give him a little something back for his homecoming...but I don't see that happening with this company. If you like the hassle of not being responded to, being lied to and stolen from than this is a company to order from. I myself do not....you be the judge...just fair warning from me.

Everything is fine now...I received the e-mail as she said. Although now I do not have enough time to get the lingerie in time for my Marine to come home to...so you win some...you lose some :)

I have already emailed Monica (she emailed me from her correct email address). The problem was, this customer entered an incorrect email address on her order form. So when we tried to email her concerning her order, she obviously didn't get it. I don't think that we should be at fault because of that. I emailed her because our supplier had sent us the wrong size for the item that she ordered. I told her that shipping would be a little bit longer. After reading her report on here, I went ahead and cancelled her order and refunded her credit card. I emailed her earlier today and explained the mishap with her email address, and informed her that I cancelled her order and refunded her credit card. I also told her that if she would still like the item, that I have no problem sending it, and offered her a discount off the purchase price for the inconvenience.
